Congratulations to the new Me & Mrs Cope who were married at Peckforton Castle on Monday. Their wintry themed cake had a woollen jumper texture, mountains and Christmas trees around the cakes. There was pine cones and sugar roses, holly and eucalyptus. Flavours were almond & amaretto, coffee cake and mint chocolate

Well, this time last week was the most difficult & stressful of cake deliveries…thanks storm Darragh 🙄After battling flooded roads & trees blocking roads I managed to get up to Peckforton Castle to deliver this beauty 😍 Congratulations to Sarah & Jack who were married at Peckforton castle , they chose a fabric effect on the top and bottom tier with sugar roses, foliage & 24ct edible gold leaf. Their lovely pooch was hidden round the back under the swag

My lovely friend Ange (was a fellow cake designer but hung up her apron years ago to pursue her dream of travelling as cabin crew) asked if I could make a cake for her birthday. After contacting her husband Mick, the design was agreed to reflect her dream…so a BA uniform cake it was with a yummy lemon drizzle cake inside

Congratulations to Anna & Jonathan who were married at Crewe Hall in August. Their gold themed cake had a marble layer, lattice hand piping and sugar flowers and foliage. They also ordered a 50th anniversary cake for their parents who were celebrating their golden wedding.

Congratulations to Noor-Saria & Mohammed who celebrated their wedding at Peckforton castle. The ripped icing detail had lustred edges and handmade sugar gypsophillia and leaves. Sponge flavours were lemon drizzle and carrot cake

I’ve been so looking forward to creating this cake.
Rachel and Jack booked their cake on 3rd March 2020 for an October wedding…but the arrival of Covid scuppered those plans.
So fast forward 4 years….4 date changes, 3 venue changes & 2 beautiful babies later they finally got to say I do 😍
The design of their cake stayed the same, but the colour scheme changed.
Cascades of sugar flowers and foliage adorned the cake with the separator bearing the date and Mr & Mrs Wilcox

Hannah ordered this cake for her Mums 70th birthday which was in July 2023. Her Mum had an accident the week before her party so the celebrations were put on hold…..fast forward one whole year and the family were ready to celebrate. Decorated with Sugar sunflowers & daisies with hand painted leaves and sugar hydrangeas …. I also made a 70 and 71 for the top of the cake to reflect both birthdays 😍

Natalie’s Mum loved the 80th birthday cake (I created for her 3 years ago) so much that Nat asked me to recreate it 3 years later. Lemon drizzle cake decorated with sugar bunting and handmade roses & hydrangea 🎂

Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Gallimore who were married at Crewe Hall on 15th June. Their 3 tier cake featured a trellis design and hand piping finished with handmade sea otters on the top tier. The Perspex separator was filled with crystals and twinkling lights
