Today I had the honour of creating a cake for Denis for his 100th Birthday! He has had such an interesting life, living and working across the world. His family wanted a cake to represent some big parts of his life. I loved being able to be so creative and had paint the whole cake. Inside is lemon and blueberry sponge with lemon buttercream. Happy 100th Birthday Denis!

A beautiful 2 tier, white chocolate drip cake. Delivery to the library yesterday. Bottom tier was white chocolate and raspberry and top tier was lemon. Decorated with handmade sugar flowers and edible gold leaf.
