Specials on my weekly menu often sell out quickly - they’re popular but also many are mixed in my superb mixer. The max capacity is 5kg dough but I often push it to 6kg to get as many special loaves out to you.
These are my 💯 % wholemeal - a mix of T150 and wholemeal rye and wholemeal spelt. A handful of cut rye is also added.
