Lovely weekend of mushroom foraging with the fabulous John Write at Moon Down, we made our famous Wild Mushroom and Lentil Scotch Eggs, Thai coconut butternut soup and a apple crumble which was perfect for a cold wet Autumn day.
Many varieties of mushrooms were found although not that many edible ones this year! They are yet to come!
