nder and Director Sue Amit proudly started her business up in Surrey around 23 years ago, Originally coming from a company supporting children, moving down to Cornwall as an agency branching out as Heart of the South Care Ltd, and has been growing ever since, promoting the great values and ethos throughout the cultures of our company, being a very diverse support team. We carry out screening on all of our staff and enhanced DBS checks, do regular staff observations with the Team Leaders, and 1:1 supervisions and appraisals with our Registered Manager/HR Manager. This is so we can monitor how people work and make sure that our high standards of care are always maintained, and the staff has the support in achieving this goal. As providers of care, we are registered and regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC). CQC are a governing body, and we are subject to adherence to strict standards and to routine inspections to ensure we comply to the Care Standards. Being regulated by CQC ensures that we maintain good standards and strive for everyday improvements with transparency to achieve the excellent level of service we provide for our clients.
