Some cupcakes made to accompany the 10" strawberries and cream cake for an 80th party. These were GLUTEN FREE cupcakes...... vanilla sponge with biscoff flavour buttercream. Being gluten free myself I know the frustrations on either being forgotten about, or as a second thought with no thought of flavour. these are so flavoursome that anyone attending a party would feel welcome and included. seriously tasty !! I have also had some excellent feedback following this, I know how busy life is, therefore taking the time for the positive feedback is always appreciated.

A 10" vanilla sponge cake with strawberries and cream flavour buttercream for special lady's 80th birthday. I felt so honoured to make this for such a special occasion. The cake had thinly sliced strawberries in the middle and on the top. this is a cake full of flavour its unreal. The toppers were provided by the customer.

An order just collected for a 5th birthday. delicious CHOCOLATE sponge with vanilla buttercream and a chocolate drip along with the birthday boys favourite characters, personalised for the special touch. seriously THANK YOU to everyone who come to southwick school today to support both myself and the school it was amazing. I cant believe how many slices etc we sold - I couldnt re-stock quick enough. I hadnt been home for an hour before receiving a few positive feedbacks on slices customers had bought, which means so much to me. Honestly it was such a lovely day doing what I love the most. A big thank you to Mike for helping this morning getting me to the event along with some truly lovely friends who helped me out with getting everything back after my car had very selfishly broken resulting to no car ! I feel a fraud saying this is my business as it isnt possible without the help I get in times like this, from my very patient husband, sons and mum for always being able to help with the boys...... BakedWell cakes only works because of all this and of course my lovely customers.

This is a free entry event and there’s a great selection of stalls and things to do such as FREE circus skills (note the time of this in the poster), tin can alley , we meat again food 🤤, bouncy castle and just so much more. Please pop along to support such a lovely school. Great to do with the little ones too or to enjoy with friends. Would be ace if you could share too to get the word out.

SNICKERS CHEESECAKE!!!! Mmmmmm 🤤 an order for one of my lovely customer’s partner who loves cheesecake and snickers. This felt so delicious to make right from the base to the finishing touches.

The base was a biscuits, chocolate and peanuts blended together keeping the snickers theme. The cheesecake itself has the obvious cheese in as usual lol along with caramel and diced snickers as a nice surprise with the first mouthful. Topped with cream, shaved chocolate , chopped peanuts and chopped snickers with a drizzle of caramel

Now THATS a cheesecake.

I will be here this coming saturday with lots of yummy treats. Pop by and see me and take a look at some other stalls. it's going to be a good one with a good line up of things to do and other stalls. something for the children and something for you - cant go wrong with that !

A red, black and gold theme DAIRY FREE cake collected today. You can still have a tasty and pretty cake with allergens ..... it doesnt have to be boring. The sponge is vanilla and the buttercream is raspberry and white chocolate flavour. delicious flavours all in one cake with the favourite colours of the birthday girl. Thank you to the amazing Claire at Not Just Cards for ANOTHER great quality topper and service. this added a personal touch to the special cake.

Extremely late in posting this but I have been unwell and now catching up with everything. Some "good luck" hand painted biscuits made for a customer to give to her son at the start of his GCSE's. what a brilliant idea to give that extra something to show you are supporting your young person.

NOTE:- I can also do "congratulations" and "you done it" biscuits / cupcakes.
