I was honoured to be asked to make the cakes for a 50th party yesterday. a 10" vanilla sponge cake with strawberries and cream flavour buttercream topped with chocolate I melted and put in moulds for a stylish finish, strawberries and freeze dried strawberries.

this was accompanied wit 60 cupcakes , 10 of which were gluten free. the cupcakes also had strawberries and cream buttercream and freeze dried strawberries.
thank you to the lovely Claire at Not Just Cards for the personalised topper which matched the colour theme.

A last minute order collected yesterday for an 8" lemon sponge with lemon drizzle flavour buttercream in the colour and theme for Chelsea football club. Thank you to Claire at for pulling out this last minute topper and front badge.

An order collected yesterday for a very lovely lady's birthday. a vanilla sponge with lemon drizzle flavour buttercream. keeping the theme of sunflowers on the topper and the cake which I made out of fondant for a personal touch to remember someone special. along with 40 cupcakes - 20 with chocolate buttercream and 20 with lemon drizzle flavour buttercream with some gluten free cupcakes alongside. thank you to Claire atNot Just Cards for another amazing personalised topper incorporating the customers favourite things.

an order collected today for some chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream for a chocolate loving 2 year old who also loves Pixar cars. these had some personalised edible toppers with the Pixar Cars theme. Happy birthday George !!

I’m here at the Farmhouse Inn, Southwick again today with my cakes. Great music, great atmosphere and the food is LUSH!

What a day we had yesterday! So we are going to do it all again today! Kitchen open from 12pm serving our favourite festival food! Live music starts from 2pm until 9pm! Guest ciders and ales, bouncy castle, pocket money stand and amazing homemade cakes!

Amazing time at the Farmhouse Inn, Southwick. Lisa and her team have pulled it out of the bag big time. Bands have been great , great atmosphere and lots of dancing. Thank you to everyone who has come by to see me. It’s been so nice seeing everyone. I will be here for another half hour or so then back tomorrow. If you didn’t get a chance to come today tomorrow will be just as good.

I will be at the Farmhouse Inn, Southwick for "The Farmhouse Rocks". this is a non ticket event therefore free to just turn up. Along with myself there will be Ella Crafts (for some reason I cant tag them in) and glitter tattoos and bouncy castle. If this isnt enough there will be live bands on throughout the day into evening. would be great to see you there and remember no diet today guys !!! on the menu I will have.....
