Today I baked a Cake using Gluten free Self raising flour, the dough has a really nice texture to it, I added some fresh fruit banana 🍌 and donut peaches 🍑 these are the cakes ready for baking and I have a picture of the end result of the pair baked, I will show the Cake once I have decorated it, ie a filling 🥧 likely buttercream and little Jam....

Peacan and Coffee Bundt Cake
Hand made using all creaming method, folding and chopping of Peacan nuts... Used a Bundt Cake tin, greased it with butter liberally no flour and the cake did come away from the tin super easy....
