Tomorrow we are at the Thehiddenlanethurso
Starting at 11am pop in and say hi .
Our product list is .

Pork sausage rolls.
Pork and chorizo rolls.
Pork,apple and black pudding rolls.
Potato,cheese and leek rolls .

Beef bourguignon pies.
Thai green chicken pies
Both pies available as G/F or lactose free.
Scotch pies.

Berrymeal and sultana scones.
Double cheese scones.

Hazelnut,chocolate brownie. G/F.
Blueberry muffins .

Hopefully the sun is shinning and it's nice and warm.
No bloody rain we've had enough.

Here is a selection of produce .

Bbq pulled pork pies.
Potato,cheese and leek pies.
Plain sausage rolls.
Pork and chorizo sausage rolls.
Pork and black pudding sausage rolls.
Ploughman's sausage rolls.
All our pastry is fresh homemade, no bought cases here !! .
All our meat come from Bews meats on Princess Street thurso .

So we have been thinking for the sausage rolls should we carry on using homemade shortcrust pastry or go back to using homemade puff pastry .
What do you guys think?? .
