Sarclet scones is just as you enter the wee Hamlet of Sarclet in Caithness ,
The old schoolhouse is just around the corner from where Elaines Granny lived many years ago in Corbigoe , Granny's house is still standing but is a ruin now. Elaine learned to bake from her Mum who was brought up in Corbigoe then moved into Wick where she ran a very succesfull and popular Bed and Breakfast business, so

all the cooking and baking secrets from the old days were passed down through the generations to Elaine so what started out over 70 years ago has now returned to the area .

Folks we just found a load of plaques and jar lights everything is for sale in the honesty box every thing is £3.

OK folks the honesty box will be stocked tomorrow at 7 am , after this we will have to close for two weeks as we are getting , heating , solar, and air pumps in the house , but are not sure will we Continue with the box after this as Elaine's fibormolagly is really bad and spending three days baking isn't helping her at all .

The honesty box will be stocked tomorrow morning , Fruit loaf , Trifles , star pastries along with some other goodies .

Folks just a wee update , the honesty box won't be stocked this Thursday as Elaine's baking this week is being donated to a couple of charity events , and the four canvas prints in the pic we are donating to Oagies Kebabs , to help the fundraiser they are running for a defiblerator, hope you understand the box not being stocked .

Hi folks sorry we have been quiet on the page , we have had so much going on in our personal life's .
Looking to open the honesty box the last week in March along with the baking we will have a selection of our own computer generated canvas prints .
