TMM is looking for a flexible part time member of staff to cover Tuesdays and ad hoc days initially. Potentially with more regular hours in September.
The person MUST
1. Be reliable, dependable and committed,
2. Have strong team player values. Although mainly working alone, understanding and practicing that last minute non attendance has a significant detrimental effect on the other team player and subsequent operation of the cafe with a knock on effect to the customers.
3. Ability to accept basic direction.
4. Common sense and logic reflected in stock rotation.
5. Use initiative to clean to a high standard when not busy.
6. Friendly and approachable.
7. Calm and stoical without being over sensitive as, although most people are lovely, some are pretty rude.
8. Have barista experience.
In return you will be paid £12.71 per hour. At the end of the calendar month, if you have honoured all your commitments to the cafe, performed with character and diligence you will receive a £0.79 BONUS PER HOUR, in appreciation for your hard work and reliability. Taking the hourly total to £13.50.
