It's my Sons Birthday today (Samuel 22 today)and he requested I do a Reeses Pieces cake ... so here it is. The cake is Devil's Chocolate with the filling of whipped milk chocolate ganache and Reeses peanut butter chips. Covered in ganache and dusted with colours to enrich colour. Chocolate ganache drip then finally decorated with Peanut butter cups (white and milk). Peanut butter sugar coated pieces pretzel balls and to top it off a Nutrageous bar. (Oh yes! I made a few white chocolate shards as well) phew! he loved it

Hi Everyone .. I was asked by a friend of the Bride if I could make a single tier cake for a couple whose wedding had to be postponed last weekend! the theme was neutral colours. it's a Lemon Cake with S&C Lemon Drizzle buttercream decorated with fresh flowers and I had a gold topper that added that extra touch.

Hi Everyone a very happy "VE Day" to you all. Had a lovely day 'social distancing' with our neighbours and a mini street party. The big cake was Lemon and cup cakes on the cake board were vanilla with vanilla buttercream.. all went down rather well xx

OK so whilst on lockdown you have your '50th Birthday' so you can't celebrate with friends or go out, the cake ordered by your Mum has to be postponed!! I'm a cake baker so this is what I did ....I made my own 50th B/DAY Cake Vanilla sponge with key lime buttercream and chocolate ganache covering and airbrushed my favourite colour Green and flower decorations etc. xx

... This cake was made for the lovely Taz! who is a major 'DEXTER' fan so Dhillon asked me to create a cake under that theme. Dexter being a 'serial killer' and 'blood splatter expert' ...it had to be gory, bloody and body parts everywhere...so much fun!!. Everything is edible enjoy. I made this cake for the lovely Taz she wanted a 'Las Vegas' themed cake for her Partner Dhillon... so I got to work.. Playing Cards and Las Vegas sign are edible inks printed on a thin sheet of icing, Poker chips handmade as were the Di 🎲.... playing card suit emblems ♠️♣️♥️♦️adhered to cake to finish the look. double message on board xx The cake was Vanilla, Raspberry Jam and Velvet Vanilla Buttercream covered in Sugarpaste .. a total sugar rush xx Yum!

I had great pleasure making this 50th Wedding Anniversary cake. Jodie asked me to create a unique cake for her Mum and Dad, Graham & Pauline. So we had a chat her parents belong to the Lee-on-Solent bowling club, her Dad is also the president hence the medal on the bench. Her Dad is also a West Ham fan and they both love their local falconry so the owl in the tree was a tribute to that, I added in some fun aspects and then the design of cake was born xx All created in sugar and edible the cake was Vanilla with Raspberry Ripple buttercream xx Congratulations to G&P
