All the ingredients I use — from the cream and chocolate to every other filling — are carefully chosen to be halal-friendly.

As a home baker, I do my best to create desserts that more people can enjoy with confidence and peace of mind ❤️

🎂💜 Introducing: The ”Can‘t Breathe Cake“ 💜

I’ve decided to give this cake a new name:
The Can‘t Breathe Cake.
And the reason is simple...

Every time I write on a cake,
I somehow stop breathing. 🤣

From the very first stroke, I’m thinking:

”Don‘t shake...“
”Don’t misspell anything...“
”Please stay straight...“

Only when I finish the very last letter
do I realise I can finally breathe again. 😮‍💨

It‘s always nerve-racking,
but seeing the finished cake ready for its special celebration makes it all worth it.
