I made this wedding cake for my boyfriends sister and her new wife. The whole day was amazing and I’ve never been to a wedding where everything was so carefully thought out and styled to absolute perfection.

So guys, I had my first cake disaster this weekend! The cake was collected but then damaged in transit with the birthday party being the next day! Eek!

Not wanting my customers lovely grandma to go without a cake for her special birthday I put my apron back on and worked until 1am making a new bottom tier for the cake. Then in the morning I packed up my tools, drove it an hour the and started some cake surgery in my customers kitchen a few hours before the party!

The last picture is the finish result which considering how it looks in the middle picture I will take that as a win!😂
