It’s been a while!! Pomme has been back in the kitchen recently and made this incredibly beautiful chocolate and vanilla sponge with whipped cream, polish raspberry jam and fresh berries 😍
Perfect for my friend’s mum celebrating her birthday.

🍎 IMPORTANT NOTICE 🍎

Baked by Pomme’s order books are now temporarily closed. Due to myself and my husband both getting new jobs and having to relocate, it is with sadness that I have had to pause any baking for now.
It has been a real pleasure creating tasty treats for you all and helping you celebrate with the most important part of a birthday being the cake.
But for now, I’m just hanging up my apron until we can get settled in our new place and hopefully be able to continue baking for you all again.
