I’ve been a bit quiet on Instagram recently but wanted to post my latest creation! I really enjoyed making this for a 30th birthday 🥳

This is an 8 inch 4 layer classic Victoria sponge, coated in a Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with homemade chocolate spheres, meringue kisses and a cakesicle! 🍰

Made this cake today for a customer’s 50th birthday. Four layers of light and fluffy lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream and homemade lemon curd. All coated in a silky lemon meringue buttercream. Delicious!
