Almost a month later and I’m finally posting again!

I have so many beautiful bakes to share but these had to make the first cut, they’re probably one of the best cookies I’ve ever made!

Say hello to my white chocolate, raspberry and lemon cake stuffed cookies . Sounds like a mouthful because it really is 😂😂😂

Crispy edges, soft and gooey centres and a flavour combination that, in my opinion, is just perfect. They are packed with white chocolate, freeze dried raspberries and lemon zest ,in the middle of the cookie you have the most lemony sponge and it’s just 🤤 🤤 Topped with extra chocolate and more raspberries and look how pretty!

Am I allowed to say these are healthy because they have 2 of your 5-a-day? 🤭🤭🤭🤭

What cake should I use for my next cookies? I’d love some suggestions 💛
