Sooooooo Iā€™m doing something I never thought Iā€™d doā€¦ but Mel is insisting that it will be okay.

Iā€™m not going into the bakery all day today as I need some rest.

But we have some left overs from Sunday. So today is Ā£5 Mel Monday.

I wonā€™t be doing this often, only as and when.

But with anything that was left over from yesterday, we are selling for Ā£5.

Thereā€™s cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, cookies, quiche and some random bits thatā€™s been baked off as we are clearing out our stock.

Sooo today from NOW till 1 Mel is running the bakery and selling!

Itā€™s 3 am and the bakery is lit up.

The scent of apple crumble and cinnamon swirls around me as I walk outside to take in this momentā€¦

Moments like this ā€¦ keep me going and I just fall deeper in love with my little Bakehouse.

So grateful for my mighty little team and the incredible people that support me.

Hereā€™s to a new chapterā€¦ the crazy season is over and we are sailing in uncharted waters.
