As some of you are aware I’ve made the very difficult decision to close my shop in Stourbridge. So much came into making this decision and I am truly heartbroken but also excited for what the future holds for myself now.

I can’t thank you all enough for the scale my business has grown at over the past few years all thanks to your support and custom. It has been hard work but I’ve enjoyed every moment and will be forever grateful to have had this opportunity and to have met so many lovely faces coming into the shop every week.

I’m very lucky to have now landed my dream job and this does mean The Mixing Bowl will be put on hold for the time being. However, it isn’t goodbye forever and I hope to be back baking in the near future and you’ll be the first to know when that is!

Thank you so much to my amazing customers, those of you who came in regularly, queued down to the high street on busy days, ordered cakes for every special occasion or just popped in to treat yourself every now and then. Thank you to my friends and family for the incredible support you gave me right from the start to even start this little business from home, to finding and creating my dream bakery and for the free washing up when I was in over my head at the shop😆.

My little shop will always hold a huge place in my heart and I could never put into words how truly grateful I am.
