I have always loved to make and create different cakes, spending hours in the kitchen with my mum. I make traditional cakes for special occasions and will happily add your personal twist. I am looking to develop into healthier diet friendly versions of all my cakes, as the modern society is every changing and more and more people are dieting. Going to an event and eating a few veg sticks and seeds

isn't quite the same as tucking into a cake!! I am aiming to create the illusion of a naughty treat while making it truly healthy. Buying from the shop isn't the same as buying home made, there is something wonderful knowing someone has taken the time and effort to make your food.As well as cake I make a whole range of goodies to treat yourself to and share with your family.
