A cake made especially for Sonia’s 50th birthday, inspired by one of Britain’s most iconic three-wheelers! 🎉

From the custom van topper and luggage rack to the famous “PLONKER” sign, every detail was handcrafted and completely edible.

I love creating cakes that reflect someone’s personality, hobbies, and favourite memories – and this one was such a fun project to bring to life!

This bespoke cake was created to celebrate an incredible 70 years together for John & Brenda. ❤️

Featuring a rustic wishing well, hand-crafted stone effect, delicate flowers, a beautiful peacock, and even a miniature bucket – every single detail is completely edible!

So much time, love, and attention went into creating this unique design, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
