Im still recovering from the hardest markets to date.

Let’s talk about the last orange pip…

30 degree heat with the oven on all day, without being able to open a window.

Also for those of you that don’t know I do have fibromyalgia so markets are tough anyway but in 30 degree heat!!

On the actual day we were in direct sunlight. All the kinder rocky roads had melted and the cookies felt as if they’d just come out the oven.

Half way through the day sum up (card reader) had gone down nationwide. So no one could do any card sales. Then I ran out of coins so I was frantically running around asking other traders if they had change for a tenner.

My mam worked so incredibly hard to serve you all whilst I hid under the table to get away from the sun. I couldn’t have done that without her. Thank you all for your patience while she asked what your order was 5 times😂😂

I have never been so physically and emotionally exhausted in my life. I genuinely do not know how I managed to do it. I think I blacked out for most of it to be honest🤪

I also got sun burnt on my right arm even though I had an ungodly amount of sun cream on🥲

Sorry for this long one but I feel like it’s so important to share the lows as well as the highs.

I couldn’t say thank you enough💜💜💜

The caramel one smelt unreal!! I was sooo happy with how the caramel turned out, definitely the best caramel I’ve made so far😋
