The caramel one smelt unreal!! I was sooo happy with how the caramel turned out, definitely the best caramel I’ve made so far😋

Here’s a story about me…

When I was in school I became ill and couldn’t move without passing out. Which made me wheelchair bound for years. I also missed out on a few years of school. I managed to convince them to let me take my GCSEs but I was told I couldn’t take my cooking exam as it was too dangerous. I was gutted as I really wanted to go into baking and maybe take it to the next step in college etc. Even the doctors said that it wouldn’t be safe. I finally was well enough to not be wheel chair bound and started to get some strength back. After a few years of being better it started to look hopeful in the baking area. I still have to take my time, have a chair behind me whilst I bake and take a lot of breaks BUT I am finally able to achieve my dream!!! I couldn’t do this without all of your support and hopefully with this bit of insight into everything, you can understand how much this actually does mean to me🥺💜

Do you want to see more of these types of videos? I’m trying to find my groove with filming behind the scenes because normally I am unbelievably stressed or I’m too busy to film BUT, I am trying to take the time to film even on busy market prep days.

Side note but this brownie is unreal!! Maltesers inside the brownie itself kind of caramelise when baked and it is so good! I make these for Easter and the reindeer versions for Christmas😚👌🏻
