I always get super nervous with my bakes, as always want them to be perfect! The fact that customers put their trust in me to provide them with bakes for their special occasions really means a lot, and I would hate to think I have let them down! I feel it’s been a big accomplishment having done some of the designs, as I am completely self taught. I hope to continue to perfect my skills and continue to deliver some amazing bakes ✌️.

Sorry not had an opportunity to do the Bento Cake draw yet! Life is just busy at the moment 🙈, but I will be drawing it soon! I have written down all the names and entries of those that have entered and aim to do a draw tomorrow! So keep your eyes peeled 👀.

Tonight has been busy prepping my first official order from my new kitchen 😁. The cake was to congratulate owners on their new home so felt fitting that this was my first order since re-opening after moving ourselves 🏡.

Felt great to be able to get back into it 🥰.

Pecan Praline & Salted Caramel NYC cookies 🍪. First time making salted caramel, and was both surprised and pleased how easy it was to make!!

Testing out a new recipe, s’mores NYC cookies 😍.

Chocolate chip cookie dough, wrapped around a digestive biscuit base, filled with Nutella and marshmallow. Once baked, topped with some more Nutella and a marshmallow that’s then lightly toasted 😉.

The best way to have it is warm by dinging it a few seconds in the microwave to have the full melted marshmallow in the middle 🤤. Warning… it’s messy 🤣, but sooo delicious 😋.

You just can’t beat deliciously fudgey brownies 🤤🤤. I loved making this brownie stack earlier this year. A great alternative if someone isn’t a cake person! Instead, layers of individual cut brownie slices made with filling & toppings of your choice.

This Biscoff one was divine 🤪. What would be your filling of choice?
