Just over a week since Chloe & Stephanie’s beautiful big day at Didsbury House & Eleven Didsbury Park
It’s been a while since I’ve made classic sugar flowers but is was such a joy to make them again.

It was exciting and a little of challenging when Chris & Sophie decided on three tier cake complete with pillars! (It’s been a good while since I’ve done one)

The most prefect day on Saturday for Jenny & Dan at the forever beautiful .

The couple chose a long cake (two flavours of lemon & vanilla) with piped ruffles, grapes and the stunning florals from Enjoyed during the drinks reception in the garden 🤍

Just an fyi - I LOVE making these long cakes!!!

Soft green birthday cake with draped piping and white strawberries (not under ripe!!)
Inside was a spiced brown butter sponge layered with plum jam and vanilla buttercream.
