Soo, about yesterdays wedding…

The couple chose to have pizzas cooked up and served straight to them, but alongside they had a salad selection from me:

- Balsamic roasted beetroot, toasted walnut, goats cheese and baby leaf.

- Roasted sweet potato and pepper, Parmesan and Toasted almond.

- Rainbow Slaw

- Herby potato salad

And to end the celebrations the pudding table of dreams….

- Individual tiramisùs

- Baby lemon tarts

- Raspberry cheesecakes

A little lizardy number left my kitchen this weekend.

3 layers of soft chocolate sponge sandwiched together with rich chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
A hand made party Lizard on the top and touches of gold leaf made this cake extra special.

This is the first time I had a customer send me photos generated by Ai of how they wanted that cake to look.
Really helpful for both me and the customer, a clear idea of exactly what she wanted, and I was able to match it perfectly.

Books open for September onwards.

Had the absolute pleasure of creating this chocolate beauty for Malcolm’s birthday this weekend.

3 layers of 10” vanilla bean sponge, sandwiched together with American chocolate buttercream and milk chocolate ganache.

Decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate drip, and all the treats you could want.

Happy Birthday to Malcolm, you deserve a great birthday, we are so grateful to you both x

A little pretty pinky cake left my kitchen today.

Perfect for a kids party, 3 layers of vanilla sponge, Swiss meringue buttercream and strawberry jam.

2 tone buttercream, finished smooth and speckled with gold leaf, a personalised topper and some cake balls in pink and golds.

This cake cut into 30 generous party bag portions!

A busy day in the Emma Bakes kitchen yesterday.

As well as supplying 100 portions of brownie and blondie for a local sporting event, I also made this beauty of a birthday cake.

3 layers of moist chocolate sponge sandwiched together with American chocolate buttercream decorated in soft pinks and gold and finished with florals, gold leaf and candles.

Very happy with the outcome and the feedback was amazing.

I’m booked in for weddings, garden party’s cake sales, the lot… so if you’re thinking about it, book in now.

A super cute birthday cake ready for a party this weekend.

Small but mighty… four layers of vanilla sponge, sandwiched together with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.

Simply decorated with sprinkles, pretty piping and of course… a unicorn.

A pretty little fairy themed cake went out for Enya’s big 5th birthday this weekend!

4 layers of vanilla sponge classically sandwiched with jam and buttercream, decorated with hand made fondant accessories, buttercream piping, sprinkles and all things fairy.

A lovely one to make. Happy birthday Enya!

Just put the finishing touches on a knockout UFC cake for a teen's birthday!
3 layers of decadent chocolate sponge and rich buttercream, topped with fight essentials.
