Small but mighty… four layers of vanilla sponge, sandwiched together with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.

Simply decorated with sprinkles, pretty piping and of course… a unicorn.

A pretty little fairy themed cake went out for Enya’s big 5th birthday this weekend!

4 layers of vanilla sponge classically sandwiched with jam and buttercream, decorated with hand made fondant accessories, buttercream piping, sprinkles and all things fairy.

A lovely one to make. Happy birthday Enya!

Life's been hectic, but don't worry, I've been busy baking away in the background.

This week, I sent out a stunning vintage heart Lambeth cake, featuring 3 layers of moist vanilla sponge, white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, and homemade raspberry compote.

These cakes require patience, dedication, and a lot of focus, which is why I often work on them late at night while the kids sleep. I'm booked solid for the rest of the year, but be sure to book me for early 2026!

A wedding cake to be presented amongst the beauty of

Three layers of vanilla bean sponges sandwiched together with raspberry buttercream and fresh raspberries. Sealed with vanilla SMBC and decorated with home grown florals from to complement the bridal flowers.

The bride chose a relaxed feel to the cake which was a delight to do, think chunky swishes of buttercream with fresh picked petals … dreamy.

A beautiful cake for a birthday celebration today 🌺

3 layers of vanilla bean sponge squished full with home made strawberry sauce and strawberry buttercream. Decorated with vanilla SMBC and topped with home grown edible flora and some pretty fairies 🧚‍♀️

It’s lovely to have repeat customers ordering repeat cakes/ recipes… I must be doing something right!

This beauty left the kitchen today 3 x 6” deep and indulgent chocolate cakes sandwiched between whipped chocolate ganache, coated in smooth ganache and decorated with all things sweet and all things tractor! 🚜

It’s looking like I’m flat out June and July, so get booked in if you haven’t already. Very limited availability.

A very beautiful red velvet out this weekend for a 40th birthday celebration.

3 layers of red velvet sponge sandwiched together with vanilla cream cheese frosting.

Decorated elegantly with some pretty piping, fresh strawberries and some youches of gold.

A beautiful vintage heart for my beautiful nieces first birthday!

5 layers of vanilla sponge with layers of raspberry jam, fresh raspberries and white chocolate buttercream.
His was a hugeee cake and served 30 + people

Hand piped to perfection in custom colours.

I hope lovely River enjoyed eating this as much as I did making this! We love you lots 😍
