☕ WE ARE HIRING ☕

We’re looking for a new Front of House team member to join us at Mossgiel Coffee House

At Mossgiel, we care deeply about people, community, quality and creating a space where everyone feels welcome. Great coffee matters to us, but so does kindness, teamwork, good energy and genuine hospitality. We want someone who fits into that and wants to grow with us.

You might be perfect for the role if you:
• are friendly, reliable and approachable
• are eager to learn speciality coffee (or already have experience)
• enjoy working closely with a small team
• can be flexible across weekdays & weekends
• genuinely care about customer experience and hospitality

Hours will be small to begin with, but there’s definitely opportunity for more as the role grows.

A big part of working here is being present and connecting with people, so we’re asking that all applications are done in person.

Our team had an AWESOME day yesterday, meeting new and old faces at one of the best events of the year (in our opinion😉)
We are all so proud and grateful to be a part of this event!

A new addition to the Mossgiel menu 🍔

The Smash Burger. 100% Scottish beef, freshly prepared and cooked to order. Topped with crisp lettuce, tomato, gherkins and our homemade burger sauce, all brought together in a toasted bun.

A straightforward, good quality burger made with local ingredients and plenty of flavour.

Ayrshire gave us 5 minutes of sunshine… so we made it count ☀️

Our famous pork & herb sausage rolls are perfect in any weather, whether it’s pouring rain, grey skies or a rare burst of sunshine like this. Golden, flaky pastry wrapped around a rich, perfectly seasoned filling, baked fresh daily.

Can be served to sit in or takeaway and best enjoyed warm, they’re the kind of comfort you don’t want to miss. Sunshine or not!

Happy Easter from all of us 🐰

The last few weeks have been such a positive one for us with the new menu launch and we just wanted to say thank you to everyone who’s been in to try it out and share their thoughts.

We’ve loved seeing your reactions, hearing what you think and just having the place busy with familiar and new faces. It really does make all the hard work worth it.

We’re so grateful for the support, it doesn’t go unnoticed!
Hope you all have a lovely, relaxed Easter weekend with lots of treats and great coffee as usual❤️
