One loaf that doesn’t always get the attention it deserves is my Rosemary & Cheese Sourdough.

The cheese brings a rich, savoury flavour, but it’s the rosemary that really makes this loaf special. It adds that extra punch and fills the kitchen with the most incredible aroma while baking. 🌿🧀

Perfect toasted, alongside a bowl of soup, or simply enjoyed with a little butter while still warm.
