Pizza Friday innit… including some bad shaping, but some serious flavour with an overnight poolish and baked in the .uk Volt. First up… San Marzano, Grana Padano, Mozzarella, Rocket and Prosciutto. Next San Marzano, Mozzarella and Pepperoni and last, Grana Padano fondue base, Rosemary and sea salt Roast potatoes and Italian Fennel Sausage… (my favourite!)
