Alchemy & Cake Creative baking from a gluten free kitchen. At Alchemy & Cake our objective is to create indulgent sweet treats that do not contain gluten.

Using alternative ingredients we produce exciting baking without compromising on what is vitally important to us – FLAVOUR. We aim to put in as many good ingredients as we can. The eggs are free-range, jams are pure fruit, our cocoa is organic, our sugar unrefined and we try to use as much fruit as we can to cut down on sugar. We have chosen to keep our kitchen free from gluten, not only to please

those who are gluten intolerant but also because we believe that we could all benefit from eating a little less gluten. We are also happy experimenting with dairy free and vegan options. Above all else we want everybody to love our baking.
