Why have one flavour when you can have them all 🤷🏻‍♀️ this yummy 6” has 3 cakes inside 🙀 the bottom is carrot cake and cream cheese frosting. The middle cake is lemon sponge and lemon curd. The top cake is a classic chocolate cake! This was all covered up with a water colour buttercream and a white chocolate drip topped with a fake peony. I have never used a fake flower on a cake but I enjoyed it so much as I could ensure that it was going to stay as beautiful and would not wilt 🌸 @ Southwell, Nottingham, United Kingdom

Lots of yummy pudding pots:
- lemon and lime soufflé with cream, a twist of lime and finished with micro mint
- chocolate mousse with a dark chocolate run out and chocolate dipped strawberry (local strawberries of course)
- blackberries mess (pimms soaked blackberries 🙏🏻) with crumbled meringue, cream and a shortbread biscuit
- Ginger and orange truffle with Chantilly cream and a large caramel shard
- classic bonoffe pie but with a twist .... caramelised bananas (lush) finished with swirls of chocolate

All held by my glamour assistant/head chef
