Good afternoon! We will be celebrating our 15th birthday next year. We have had lots of fabulous demonstrations and guest speakers. After nearly 15 years I’m really struggling to come up with any new ideas for 2027. So if you would like to share your baking/cake decorating talent or know someone who perhaps does painting with buttercream, makes fabulous macarons etc. please get in touch. Many thanks

We had 17 attend our meeting last night. Not bad for this time of the year! Our theme was tropical flavours. Everyone had come up with some delicious flavour combinations.
Charlie did a very interesting talk on foraging fruit. She’d made a delicious dessert, some blackberry syrup and pickled blackberries, which were delicious served with goat’s cheese.
