One of the most satisfying parts of the cake making process - peeling icing sheets off its plastic backing sheet 😍

Lil knee update! I’m now 10 months post ACL surgery ahh! I’ve had many ups and downs over the last few months but still sticking to my physio and rehab 💪🏼🏃🏼‍♀️

One of my goals was to run this 3km Colour Run with my little nephew. My running was delayed for a while as I’ve had a few setbacks, so I wasn’t sure if I’d manage it… but I did it today! It might not sound like much, but it was a big achievement for meeee 😆

Big thanks to SS Therapy Injury Clinic - I wouldn’t be where I am right now without Scott getting me through this last year ☺️

I’ve had many physical hurdles to get through and he’s identified all the issues I’ve had in my recovery and tailored every session to support me through it! I’ve had many mental hurdles too, not trusting my knee when I should and panicking with certain movements but Scott’s really helped me overcome every step!

Weirdly - I’ve actually enjoyed the whole recovery process. I’ve stayed positive and consistent throughout, getting stronger each week and I’m now in a really great place. I’m not at the end yet but I’m excited to keep getting stronger as I continue the recovery 🏃🏼‍♀️✌🏼

What. A. STUNNER! Still not over how gorgeous this cake was 😯🥹😍

I took so much time to make sure every single ruffle, and every single piece of piping was perfection - my hand was dying by the end of this cake 😂 but it definitely paid off and was worth every extra second I spent on it!

This piece was topped off using the amazing .options box, it raised the cake so elegantly and I loved how I could incorporate the flowers matching the brides bouquet 💐 so special!
