I always love it when customers send me photos of their finished cakes after receiving their toppers 🫶🥰

These Capybara-themed toppers were handmade by me and posted out for the customer to place onto their own shop-bought cake. It's always so lovely to see everything come together and be part of a special celebration! 🎂✨

Capybaras seem to be one of the most popular themes this year, and I can definitely see why—they're absolutely adorable! 💙🍊

🎪✨ A Birthday Weekend to Remember! ✨🎪

This weekend was extra special as I celebrated a joint birthday alongside two wonderful people – my stepdaughter Leoni and my lovely friend Rosie. ❤️

We transformed the garden into our very own outdoor cinema and enjoyed a magical movie night under the stars, watching The Greatest Showman – the perfect choice for our circus-themed celebration! 🎬🍿

Every detail was personalised to make the evening memorable, from the custom snack boxes and personalised cups to the stunning circus-inspired cake that brought everything together beautifully. 🎂🎪

Seeing all my friends and family gathered together, laughing, sharing memories, and enjoying a cosy evening in the garden was the best gift of all. Moments like these remind me why I love creating personalised party treats, special cake and celebrations that bring people together.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the weekend so special. 💕 Here's to another year of making memories, celebrating milestones, and adding a little magic to every occasion.

Had the pleasure of creating this Red Bull inspired cake earlier this week ❤️

A red velvet sponge filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream 🧁✨

As many bakers will understand, baking in this heat can be challenging on its own — and unfortunately one of the cans shifted during transit, leaving a slight mark on the buttercream edging. I removed it before handover and updated the customer straight away.

Mishaps happen to us all sometimes, but I’m so grateful she was absolutely amazing and understanding 🫶 A small discount was given, along with advice to place the can back onto the cake once required 🥰

Absolutely loved creating this birthday cake for a returning customer ❤️

Last year I had the pleasure of making their celebration cake, so it was extra special to be asked again this year 🥰

This one was a vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and white chocolate buttercream 🍓🤍 Finished with a fun racing theme ready for the customer to add their own Lightning McQueen topper to complete the look 🚗⚡️

With this beautiful weather why not finish the weekend on a high with this great price of swimming!! Shirley Swimming Pool £3 ( 50p entry to summer fair and £2.50 swimming!!) what more could you ask for, a cool down in the pool and after a Dee-lightful cakes and crafts brownie or cake with a bit of face-painting. This custom birthday cake was a rich vegan chocolate sponge filled and finished with smooth vanilla frosting — proving that vegan cakes can be every bit as indulgent and delicious!

I absolutely loved creating this one for a special 60th celebration, and receiving messages like this makes it all worthwhile 🥰

Featuring handmade capybara figures, little oranges, pond details and rustic wood-effect toppers — all edible and handmade by me!

Had the pleasure of creating this beautiful gender reveal cake 🫶✨
Whilst celebrating a daddy-to-be’s 30th birthday too, we combined both designs together perfectly and I absolutely loved being trusted with the special secret of baby’s gender and presenting it in cake form 🩷

Pink layered sponge filled with pink buttercream, finished with a surprise sprinkle reveal when cut 💕✨
