Is it my most refind cake?... No! Did it bring the BIGGEST smile?... Yes!!!!

My smallest Dumpling turned 6 yesterday and requested a minion wearing an England shirt for his birthday. Not a problem, except we got back from holiday less than 48 before!!

Making cakes in a heatwave is definitely not for the faint hearted, but i am.delighyed with how this one turned out!

Luds is a HUGE Betty Boop fan and her daughter wanted to surprsie her with this beauty. Delicious vanilla cake filled with strawberry compote and vanilla bean buttercram sat in top of a delicious Chocolate Fudge cake.
