Hello everyone, hope you’re all keeping well.
My page has been pretty much untouched for a long time as I was unwell and took a step back. But, I am all better now and I have LOTS of beautiful cakes to update you with very soon.

Today I celebrated my beautiful friends special birthday xx we’ve been friends for 25 years with not a cross word shared. It was my absolute pleasure to make this semi naked vanilla cake with a sugar wired sunflower to match her party theme. I was told that sunflowers are the flower for friendship and it simply couldn’t be more perfect for today.

I would love to share with you my absolute favourite ever wedding cake. My niece has finally had her beautiful wedding day and the running theme was poppies. The bottom tier is a moist chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and caramel filling, decorated with hand painted grass and tiny poppy flowers. The middle tier is carrot cake with a cream cheese flavoured frosting decorated with edible glitter sequins. The top tier is a red velvet with white chocolate filling. The poppies are all hand made and edible or if stored properly can be kept forever too. The heart topper is a Swarovski diamanté double heart.

Good luck to everyone entering Cake International this year xx it’s been a long two year wait but safety is paramount and the wait just makes it all that more exciting ♥️ I hope to be along on Sunday so I’ll keep my eye out online for all the amazing cakes until then.

Well it’s that time of the year again and I’m getting my bake on :-)

Today I will be soaking my fruit ready to bake in a few weeks once the Apple Jack Daniels has soaked up nicely 🥰
