Barrel cake 🥃
This is my third barrel cake and they are great for men! Something a little different for a birthday cake.
This was for a 60th celebration with Jack Daniel’s theme.
Made from an 8” cake of lemon sponge, masked in White chocolate ganache and then iced in fondant.
I have airbrushed the main colour onto the cake which gives a nice deep tan effect.
Personalised with name and added Jack Daniel’s to finish.

Yesterday’s wedding cupcake tower set up at a lovely place in Great Tey called The Barn , a new venue for me and it is stunning! Right out there in the Essex countryside!

Emma & Callumn had opted for sage cream/whites for their colour palette and all cupcakes were vanilla with a raspberry jam filling! Easy peasy!

The top cake was a gluten free raspberry & white chocolate sponge, and the amazing character toppers were made by Lozzie's Cakes & Toppers and really finished this set up.

Here’s a fabulous cake made last week for an 18th birthday celebration!!
I’ve done a ruched fondant effect with the icing, made a small bag and used a Dior printed wrap to decorate.
A small perfume bottle and lipstick to finish.
This cake is an 8” size and would happily serve up to 40 portions, this is my most popular sized cake that I make.
Sponge is raspberry and white chocolate flavour with raspberry jam and Belgian white chocolate ganache buttercream filling.

Really not much availability now for cakes until October, also planning to have a few weeks off to chill out! It has been a super busy year and still a few wedding cakes to go for this year also.
