🎀This is an 8” heart cake all made in lemon sponge, with lemon curd and vanilla filling.
Iced in white fondant and finished in a royal iced shell and frills style.
Little pink bows added to compliment the writing on the top.
A really pretty cake to celebrate an 18th birthday!!
The best cakes are always the ones that are simple and not over fussy!🎀

A cake made for last week for a couples Diamond wedding anniversary 💎

Two tiers of vanilla sponge, raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling, finished with marbled style fondant on the base and plain white for the top.

A bit of diamonte trim, and some pretty sugar flowers from Culpitt to finish.

A gorgeous timeless wedding cake for Laura & Damian at Crondon Park on Sunday.

Three tiered cake of 8”6”&4” sizes all in zingy lemon sponge flavour, masked in Belgian white chocolate ganache and iced in white fondant.

The pretty rich red roses from the excellent Fran at Francescas Flowers in Benfleet, set this cake off perfectly.
Soft drapes of fondant finished this design.
This cake order was taken with two weeks notice, and luckily I had space to create this for the couple.
Congratulations to you both!

On Saturday I had the pleasure of delivering and setting up Phil & Mandy’s wedding cake at Crondon Park.
Two tiers separated by a gold birdcage that I dressed with gorgeous cream roses all big and blousy! From the lovely Francesca's flowers
The venue as always looked amazing and decorated in creams and sage greens.

Here’s a fun cake I made for Jaxsons birthday, Monster trucks themed.
Cake was vanilla and chocolate marble cake in an 8” size,iced in a blue buttercream.
I’ve made some chocolate soil for the truck to climb on and finished with lots of fun embellishments!

Something a little different… a black buttercream iced Elvis cake!
This cake is a 6” lemon sponge with zingy lemon curd and vanilla filling.masked in jet black buttercream with white over piping to finish.

Yesterday’s beautiful wedding cake for Antonella & Francis.
I had the pleasure of setting this up at the gorgeous venue The Old Parish Rooms in Rayleigh small and intimate and cosy!

A two tiered cake of red velvet sponge with a Belgian white chocolate buttercream filling, iced in white fondant, and finished with some very pretty handmade flowers that the brides friend had made! Always nice to have a personal touch on your wedding day and I am sure this meant a lot to Antonella.

I also made a small gluten free cake in same flavour and iced the same for a little birthday treat for one of the guests.
The venue was filled with beautiful flowers in mauves,pinks and lilacs from madeyoulookflowers absolutely stunning!!
Congrats to the both of you 🥂it has been a real joy to create your wedding cake for you.

🍂Another beautiful wedding cake set up yesterday at the lovley Roslin Hotel for Sonny & Tam

This cake had a combed buttercream style with flavours of:

Coffee & walnut, coffee syrup,coffee buttercream filling

Red velvet,raspberry jam and white chocolate filling

Carrot with orange buttercream filling

Finished with simple white roses and a touch of greenery from francescasflowers_x
