Throwback to a nest of three bowls made for a lovely return customer. As you can see Greg was very pleased with these 😃

We made this stunning handmade rustic school recently as a retirement gift for a Woodland Trust volunteer. The wood was sourced locally from three different Woodland Trust sites. The feedback we received from our lovely return customer was that the volunteer was thrilled with it. He was really touched by the thought and the craftsmanship that had gone in to it. His wife was also really taken with it too. The three woods are hazel, beech and hawthorn. We are so pleased they like it 😃

Back to bowls. These two blanks are from the same yew log. They’re going to be a tough couple of pieces to create due to the possible cracking. But look at the grain. It would be criminal not to give it a go.
