One thing I’ve learned through sourdough is that good bread really can’t be rushed.

Every loaf starts days before baking — feeding the starter, mixing, folding, shaping, resting… and hoping the dough behaves itself along the way 😄

A few moments from this week’s baking process 🤍

From folded dough and slow overnight proofing, to preparing tomorrow morning’s loaves — it still feels a little surreal watching something that began with a love for real bread slowly grow into something I can finally share with others.

Small batches, slow fermentation, flour everywhere… and a lot of love behind it all.
