TUESDAYS ARE BACK… AND THEY MEAN BUSINESS! 💪🔥💃

Well… September didn’t hang about! 😂

Tonight was all about the weights, the music, the sweat and a room full of women absolutely SMASHING IT! 👏

And the best bit? Your weights are your journey.

There’s no competition with the person next to you. No worrying about what anyone else is lifting. You pick up what challenges YOU, you work at your own level and you get stronger week by week. 💪

Some days the weights feel lighter… some days they feel like bloody bricks! 😂

But you keep showing up. And THAT is where the magic happens. ❤️

All Thursday classes are held at Snitterfield Village Hall

I’m Gemma, and I run Just Dance Fit. 💜

We dance, we lift weights, we get out of breath, we laugh… and somehow we’ve built a lovely little community of women who keep coming back.

You don’t have to be a dancer. You don’t have to be super fit.

You just have to be willing to give it a go. (You are not being assed for an exam you will be just having fun and getting fit)

September is the perfect time to start.

🐾 HAPPY INTERNATIONAL DOG DAY! 🐾

If you’ve been around my videos for any length of time, you’ll know there’s another very important member of the Just Dance team…

Tommy. 🐶😂 .cockerspaniel

He may not know the choreography.
He definitely doesn’t care about the workout.
And he has absolutely no respect for filming schedules…

But somehow, he manages to make an appearance in SO many of my videos. 🤣

Sometimes he walks past.
Sometimes he interrupts.
Sometimes he just lies there looking completely unimpressed while I’m dancing my heart out. 😂

And honestly… I wouldn’t have it any other way. 💜

So today, on International Dog Day, this one’s for our four-legged supporters. Tag us in your dancing dog pics.

Because apparently every Dance Fit class needs a dog-shaped distraction. 🐾🤣

Sunday: Gladiators.
Monday: yoga.

Not every workout had to be blood, sweat and tears 😜
It’s important to let the body stretch and repair. That core got a workout though.

I’m trying to film a workout.

Tommy:
👀 “What are you doing?”
🐾 walks through shot
👅 licks my face
😂 interrupts the routine
🐶 “Right, that’s enough filming for today.”

And the funniest thing?

You lot have actually come to EXPECT Tommy in the videos. 🤣

He has his own Instagram account (obviously 😂) and at this point I think he has a better social media presence than I do!
