I’m currently injured, so the team had to dig deep. They remembered their moves, pushed themselves, and found their own motivation without me leading from the front.

I often receive messages saying, “Thanks for getting me through tonight,” but this evening it was the other way around…

Waiting to “feel ready”? Cute… but that’s not how this works 😏

Everyone in this video started exactly where you are — overthinking it, doubting it, putting it off.

The difference?
They showed up anyway.

No one here is perfect. No one started confident.
But they started… and that’s where everything changed 🔥

You don’t need more time.
You don’t need more motivation.
You just need to get through the door.

Alright… let’s talk food scales 👀⚖️

Because some of you are out here weighing your broccoli like you’re on MasterChef… and others are free-pouring pasta like it’s a personality trait 🤣

So which is better?

✨ The “I weigh everything” crew:
✔️ You know exactly what you’re eating
✔️ Great for hitting specific goals
✔️ Helps you learn portion sizes

BUT…
✖️ You can end up trusting the scale more than your own body
✖️ It can get a bit obsessive (yes, even that splash of milk 👀)
✖️ Life becomes… weigh, log, repeat

✨ The “I’ll wing it” crew:
✔️ More freedom, less stress
✔️ Easier to stick to long-term
✔️ You actually learn to listen to your body

BUT…
✖️ Portions can creep up without you noticing
✖️ “Eyeballing it” isn’t always as accurate as we think 😅

💥 Reality check:
Your body doesn’t care if your chicken was 120g or 127g.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about what works for YOU.

If weighing food helps you feel in control → crack on.
If it’s taking over your brain → it’s time to take a step back.

No obsession. No guilt. No extremes.

Just consistency, balance… and maybe don’t measure your ketchup 😏

It’s a great tool but doesn’t have to be hard set rule.
