It’s a beautiful Sunday, and the counter is full of freshly baked treats waiting for you! 🧁The orange fudge cake cookie pie is warm and gooey and would be delicious warm 😋

To keep everything fresh in this warmer weather, all cakes and treats are stored in cool bags with ice packs and topped up regularly throughout the day. If you can’t see your favourite, just ask and I’ll happily bring more out! 😋

Lots of special orders going out today, and strawberries were definitely on the menu! 🍓

Today’s bakes included a delicious Strawberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake and a Strawberry & Vanilla Cake, made using gluten-free ingredients. The cake smelled so amazing while baking that I couldn’t resist making some extra into cake cups too! 😍

I also baked a batch of my Oat & Raisin Cookies for a special request, I’ve made some extras that are available to purchase at The Cakery. 🍪

☀️ As it’s a warm day today, all cakes and treats are kept in cool bags with ice packs to keep everything fresh. I only put a small amount out at a time and top up regularly throughout the day, if you’d like more of something and can’t see it out, just give me a knock and I’ll happily restock for you! 😋

There will be Oreo brownies, oat & raisin cookies and Strawberry & Vanilla Cake Cups (made with gluten free ingredients) going out this afternoon)
