Wow what an amazing day!!

Had my Environmental Health inspection this morning and I'm very pleased to say that I was given a 5* food hygiene rating 😀

Then out of the blue I was contacted by BBC Essex to do a live chat about the cake shed!!! I was absolutely terrified but I think it went ok xx Now I'm a celebrity, I will be available for autographs on Saturday 😉😂

I can honestly say there's never a dull moment in the world of Violets Cakes 😅❤️
