the scent of chocolate cake is in the air,my kettle has broken,but thank goodness its not the oven!!! Hope the naughty car cake went down a treat,again i cant thankyou enough for all your orders,to think this all started because i couldnt afford to buy my daughter a cake,a few years ago,and had no choice but to attempt my own. xx

To say ive never seen wonder pets im very pleased with the outcome,cant wait to get started on this other cake which i cant reveal on here just yet. And then another one for a special little girl. xx

hey guys im back on the laptop so can get all pictures on,pc world couldnt fix it,fujitsu couldnt fix it!!! but this nice young man Nick Maccallaugh could and in only a couple of hours!!! Go to him if you have problems..im over the moon!!!! ###

pinched my mums computer so i will try and get pictures on. Then im very busy all week doing another famous castle,teddies,bouquets of iced flowers,remember you pay alot from other cake decorators for these flowers and models,these are all included in the price given on the lists. As i hate nothing more then waste,icing and flower paste deserves respect and made to cheer someone up,not to be thrown in the bin. xx

you lot have been amazing,with your creative ideas,and letting me do them for you,i have done a total of 21 cakes this week with many more to do next week infact ive got orders to last me till next year!!!!,ive finished the last one half an hour ago,and ive read the inboxes and comments you have left,its you who makes Angel cakes what it is. So ill say thankyou and im taking myself for a well deserverd sleep.######

Think Michelle did very well with the use of colour and handling the icing,wont be to long before she is a pro herself!!! Ask if you want a lesson,start from basics to higher.

Had fun teaching michelle how to decorate a peppa pig!! See you can do it if you put your mind to it,i think she did very well and got the colours spot on!!! To be honest teaching was nerve wrecking for me,as i like to be alone,but it was enjoyable and had a giggle!!! If you want a lesson,maybe pop round and design your own mothers day cake,you dont need any tools as i have them all here.###
