Huge news! We're proud to announce the official launch of our new Allez! Bakes website for new and existing customers...

Allez! Bakes is a dedicated commercial bakery, based in Scalford, near Melton Mowbray. Our aim is to supply coffee shops and cafes with the kind of cakes that they'd love to bake themselves, if only they had the time...

Initially we'll be supplying coffee shops, cafes and pubs in the local area, with an ambition to offer a nationwide mail order service in the future.

Cafe Allez!'s Claire has a passion for baking and many of you will recall the fabulous cakes she and the team created for Cafe Allez! Belvoir Castle back in the day. The emphasis was - and remains - on generous portion sizes, top quality ingredients and mouthwatering taste. This is backed up by all of the allergens and ingredients information needed in today's demanding market.

Yesterday was a big day for us - our first trade show.

We took our stunning range of cakes and bakes to the Lincolnshire Hospitality Trade Show at Harlaxton Manor and they went down a storm.

We previously owned a thriving and much-loved coffee shop where fabulous cakes were key to our customer offer... but the busier we got, the less time we had to bake in house. We really wanted a partner who could bake to our exacting standards, deliver to our door through a convenient ordering platform, and be relied upon to be thorough and compliant in terms of allergens management and labelling legislation.
