While some are celebrating the end of the school year, others are celebrating birthdays... 😉🎈🎂
This oversized 19 cm hand-decorated gingerbread balloon was created to celebrate the 12th birthday of a lovely young lady who happens to be one of my biggest cookie fans. 💕 Happy birthday Agatka one again 🤗😘

Every project tells its own little story, and this one was such a joy to create.

Now it's time for me to get back to the next exciting projects...

This delicate set of hand-decorated gingerbread cookies 🍪 was created for Olivia, who yesterday celebrated one of the most important milestones in her faith journey – her First Holy Communion. 🤍👰‍♀️🕊️

Soft shades of lavender, symbolic doves, delicate floral details, and personalised touches came together to create a keepsake as unique as the occasion itself.

Every cookie was carefully crafted by hand, with love and attention to even the smallest detail.
Creating edible art for such meaningful celebrations is one of the things I treasure most about my work.

Vegan sweets are a whole new, unexplored land for me.
From time to time, I test new recipes and dive deeper into the secrets of plant-based baking 🌿😉
This order, however, was a real challenge — mainly because of the decorative style. Traditional royal icing holds no secrets for me, but vegan royal icing is a completely different story. I think we’ve finally met… and even grown to like each other 😉🤭🍪
