We’ve had red velvet on our mind for a while ❤️

Not because it’s trending — but because most of the time, it’s just… not done properly. Too artificial, too sweet, all colour, no depth.

So we took the best approach.

Started with a proper cocoa base 🍫, used Beetroot for the colour (nothing fake) 🌱, and worked it until it actually tasted like something — not just looked like it.

Added white chocolate through it 🤍, kept the centre soft and slightly gooey 🍪, and didn’t overcomplicate it.

That’s it.

It’s a Red Velvet cookie, but the way it should be done ✨

This one started in the bakery… and it didn’t stay low-key for long. We put it out, and people clocked it straight away.

“Matcha cookies?” — yeah. That. 🍵

A few batches in, it was clear we couldn’t just keep it in-store.
So we brought it online.

Matcha, white chocolate, soft centre — bold, a bit different, but it just works. 🍪
