It’s the last day of Kingsbridge Food and Music Festival today & what a weekend it’s been! Get yourselves down to the quay today, the weather is looking good, the music will be great & there’s some fantastic food stalls available!

We’ve got bubble waffles again today & we’ve got a restock of brownie eggs, cookie pies & blondies!

We’ll be there and set up from 9.30 😍

We have the best neighbours at Kingsbridge Food and Music Festival bearcheesecake are selling the most amazing cheesecake pots!

We’ve just had a banoffee one and oh my days it’s delicious! They’re have over 20 different toppings to choose from!

They’re a new business, go and give their page a follow & get them booked in for your next event, they do parties, weddings & more!

Come and find our loaded brownies, cake pots, blondies, cookie stacks, cookie pies & waffles on the back of the quay from 9am!

We’re loading up and ready! Baking in the heatwave for this hasn’t been the most fun but we’ve done it & we’re on the way! Catch us for all 3 days (hopefully!) on the quay!

Last year we had a total sell out on the Saturday, are we doing the same again this year? 😍 🍪

Home Made?

We’ve seen loads of posts lately with places advertising ‘home made cake’….

This is touchy for us, what constitutes as ‘home made’?

All our baked goods that we sell are made in store - we feel this is ‘home made’

It really makes me mad seeing shops with clearly (to our eyes) mass produced cakes & bakes on their displays stating ‘home made’ Just because you’ve sliced it doesn’t make it home made!

Am I overreacting? Help me out here! Is it something you think about when buying cake?

If you have a birthday coming up & you’re looking for a cake PLEASE get the date booked in!

I’ve turned away 3 cakes for this weekend because our diary is full…!!

I’d love to always say yes and I do try when I can but please give us some notice!

Just pencil in the date as soon as you can to avoid disappointment!
