Wooo, I have been nominated for the North West Wedding Awards for the second year in a row 🥳

This one is bittersweet as it’s come just as I’ve announced the closure of Cakery by Amy, but it has definitely given me the boost to pursue cakes again once I’m settled in Australia 🇦🇺

PLEASE READ ❗️

As some of you already know, myself and my husband are moving overseas which does sadly mean that Cakery by Amy is now officially closed 🇦🇺

It has been an absolute dream (most of the time lol) to get to do something I enjoy as a small side business for the last 12+ years and I am beyond grateful for all of my customers over those years who have supported me, whether that be ordering once or being a regular customer 🎂 I couldn’t have made Cakery by Amy into the business it is without you!

It is my intention to continue baking once we are set up, so I will no doubt pop up again at some point, just in a different country and maybe under a different name. I will however be keeping this account open as it documents years and years worth of my baking, so I will try to post some updates for those who remain and are interested 🥲

Thank you again for all of your support, I will miss chatting to you and seeing all of your faces at collections ❤️

I have made the decision to close my diary for the foreseeable.
I have a very busy few months coming up and with everything else I am trying to juggle, baking has really started to feel like a chore to me recently.

Any orders already booked in will be fulfilled but I will not be taking any more orders.

I may post some last minute availability for things like cookie dough, treat boxes etc. but these will be first come first serve as and when I have the time to do them.

These are priced at £45, including a personalised topper 🎂
