For my dino loving boy who turned 10 this week!!

In amongst work work work and abit of adrenaline to bish bash bosh this one out I don’t think it turned out to bad for a rushed job!

What dinosaur would have lived inside an egg this size all those 66 millions years ago I don’t know but I’m sure my boy would know 🦕 🦖 🌋 🥚

But inside this 21st century giant egg was a chocolate sponge with white chocolate buttercream 😍

Pearl wedding anniversary cake this week!

What a great way to celebrate 30 years of marriage with a delicious Vicky sponge.

Had free rein on this one, as I’ve been out of the game for a while I was having abit of a panic but it turned out lovely in the end. Making the shell was abit precarious but I think it came out quite well after all the panicking 😵‍💫

Anywaysss what do you all think of this one?

This must have been the most testing cake I’ve done so far!!! Fondant melting and breaking away under my hands, working at lightening speed before the whole thing melted!

Delivered to a cold cellar! now I’m having a cold one! As they say it’s 5o’clock somewhere 🍹😍

Not my best work but it come together in the end!

P.s. I currently hate making cakes 🤣.. Over and out!

LONG TIME NO SEE!!

Don’t get too excited and flood my inbox I’m still in retirement 🤣

But this is one that’s been on the cards atleast 15+ years!

With a borrowed kitchen for a gruelling 4 days before the most important date in my diary for a longggggg time, this cake was created for the most beautiful bride anyone could see (Shaun your a very lucky man, not just because your wife is the salt of the earth but because she is best friends with a baker who saved you hundreds on your wedding cake 🤣)
