ELA's Bakery concept idea it's a living memory. Came to life due to homesickness, enjoyable flashback and missing Romania. The crispy fragrance or savour of bread and pastries from my grannie's oven chases me even after almost 30 years..reviving traditions and recipes which delight my heart and enchant my senses. Similar indulgence and passion upsurges me in achieving modern-day products with new

ingredients and prevailing technologies, but upholding a very similar fondness and ethics of dough to completely satisfy my customers. Brutaria ELA a luat nastere din dorul de casa, dor de Romania. Redescopar traditii si retete care imi bucura sufletul si imi incanta simturile. Cu aceeasi placere si entuziasm, ma avant spre realizarea produselor moderne, cu ingrediente noi si tehnologii actuale, dar pastrand aceleasi principii si iubire pentru aluat.
