I hold a Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering which meets the UK/EU standards for Food Hygiene and Safety. I am registered with the local council Environmental Health Department and subjected to regular inspections to ensure my kitchen meets a high standard. We make all our cakes in our home kitchen which is used to produce various foods. Our cakes contain or may contain traces of nuts, peanu
ts, sulphites, gluten (wheat), eggs, milk and soya. We donโt use any nuts in our cupcakes unless specifically requested by a customer but our home cannot be classed as a 100% nut free environment. Our cupcakes do not contain any alcohol, unless they are specifically ordered with alcohol. Our cupcakes contain dairy products so are not suitable for people with lactose allergies or intolerance. We use free-range fresh eggs for our cakes and dried egg white for any royal icing used. We do use food colourings in our frostings and decorations. We are actively looking at using natural colourings but at the moment unable to find suitable alternatives locally. Your products may contain: E102, E122, E124, E129, E133, E155.
