I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself. I’m Emily, head of Pepper’s Pantry and I’ve been baking for joy since my Grandma taught me at 3. My partner Matt is my official taste tester (lucky man)🥰

I have had 3 beautiful children - Freddie, Jack (who’s up in the stars) and Frankie. You may see them at pick ups or helping me to restock the shed.

I’ve been a Primary teacher for 9 years now. Pepper’s Pantry has been my little escape from the mad world of education for the last few years. Sometimes balancing it all out can be tricky, as teaching pays the bills so has to be prioritised.

My lovely kitty cats are often on the prowl in our local area, keeping watch over the Shed.

I love what I get to do with Pepper’s Pantry and am always working to improve my skills, mostly in decorating. I’m so appreciative of all the support I’ve had in recent years with my little side hustle, especially from my regulars ❤️ now the shed is open I’m hoping to offer more consistent bake drops for you all to enjoy. I love to try out new bakes and flavours, taking inspiration from my own favourite things and that of my friends and family 🥰🍪
